4. Why are there different levels of accreditation?
TransformationalSafety® .Com has implemented a tiered system of Accreditation both to ensure a level of qualification and experience within the TransformationalSafety®.Com Network, as well as promoting a public level of quality assurance to the market that we serve.
The TransformationalSafety.Com Master Facilitator
The TransformationalSafety®.Com Master Facilitator is at the pinnacle of the accreditation process. Such persons shall have at least five (5) years experience, either as an internal HSE resource (at a decision making level) and/or been functioning as a Consultant within the HSE arena for an equivalent time period. They shall hold independent accreditation's as an MLQ (Full Range Leadership) facilitator, as well as have completed qualifications recognised by RAB-QSA at the Lead Safety Auditor level. In most cases these qualifications shall be AS/NZS 4801 and/or BSI:18001:1999.
Due to the requirement to understand the "auditing" process to a level consistent with the International Standards Organisation (ISO) only TransformationalSafety.Com Master Facilitators shall be qualified to deliver the Integrated Transformational Safety® Culture Report.
The TransformationalSafety®.Com Facilitator is able to provide you with a quality application of The Transformational Safety® Survey. They shall have at least three (3) years years experience, either as an internal HSE resource and/or been functioning as a Consultant within the HSE arena for an equivalent time period. They shall hold an independent accreditation as an MLQ (Full Range Leadership) facilitator.
TransformationalSafety®.Com Facilitator's have also completed an additional program with a TransformationalSafety®.Com Master Facilitator aimed at ensuring a quality delivery of the Transformational Survey® Data Analysis Report. The TransformationalSafety®.Com Facilitator is also fully qualified to administer The Transformational Safety® Survey using our unique Wireless Delivery System.
The TransformationalSafety®.Com Coach is able to facilitate a Model based discussion exploring the constructs contained within The Transformational Safety® Survey. TransformationalSafety®.Com Coach's are often internal HSE resources who have received specific training from a TransformationalSafety®.Com Master Facilitator. They shall also be able to demonstrate familiarity and application of recognised coaching frameworks within organisational settings.
TransformationalSafety.Com Coach - Provisional
The TransformationalSafety®.Com Provisional Coach is able to facilitate a Model based discussion exploring the constructs contained within The Transformational Safety® Survey. TransformationalSafety®.Com Provisional Coach's are often internal HSE resources who have received specific training from a TransformationalSafety®.Com Master Facilitator and are developing their competencies toward a higher grade of accreditation. They shall be able to demonstrate familiarity of recognised coaching frameworks within organisational settings.

Thirty two years since Bhopal, thirty years since Chernobyl, twenty eight since Piper Alpha and what have we learned?
